What do you do when you don’t want to cook? Get food from UberEats? What if you want to eat delicious food on the go? Guess what, UberEats and Volvo have partnered to provide you fine dining experience on the roads of Tokyo!
Food on the go with UberEats and Volvo!
Tokyo is known for many of its restaurants, but the UberEats service and Volvo have put a brand new restaurant in the backseat of a moving SUV. A partnership between the Swedish car maker, Uber and Iron Chef Yukio Hattori which is being called the “All-Star Restaurant” is currently operating around Tokyo. It will deliver a multi course menu of food items to riders in an XC90 Excellence luxurious SUV.
The service was launched on 14th March. The dishes come from a variety of different cuisines and top notch restaurants around the city. The twist with this UberEats order is that it is served to you while you re seated in Volvo’s sport utility vehicle and take around the capital of Japan, instead of being delivered to your door while you are at home. Another benefit is that you will not be limited to the menu of one restaurant, you can offer a variety of dishes.
