Google has announced that it is going to add the smart reply feature in its emailing service Gmail. Gmail is one of the largest free email service available on the internet. However as the use of email increases with every day people are receiving more and more emails. Sometimes it gets tedious to reply to all the email. That is when smart replay comes into action.

Smart reply will basically scan the incoming email and look at the words that are in it. Depending upon that content it will generate three automated replies. The users will then select the reply that is best suited to his needs. He can also edit one of the replies to add something other than the AI generated response.

The replies are right now in English language only but soon Google plans to incorporate Spanish language too in its options. Also the most interesting thing is that Google has promised that the Smart Reply AI is a fast learner and it will soon learn your vocabulary and make the replies just like they have been written by you. So the more and more you use this feature the more quickly the automated responses will start to look like your responses. It is a great way to save time and especially office workers who have to write similar types of responses to a number of clients and make use of it a lot.
Of course the automated responses cannot fulfil all the requirements and answer all the emails. The personal or family related emails to require your own individual responses but for most of the everyday business responses it will be a very helpful and time saving feature for the employs at all the levels.
