Samsung Comments On Galaxy Note 8 And S8 Plus Battery Problem

Recently, the online magazine Android Authority had reported some issues with deep-discharged Samsung Galaxy Note 8.Now there is an opinion of the group to the renewed, but probably quite rare problems with the batteries.

In the support forum of Samsung, there were also indications that the problem with deep-discharged batteries was not only in the Galaxy Note 8 but that Galaxy S8 Plus owners complained about it too.

Now Samsung has officially commented on the subject. At the request of PC World , the German sales department stated that until now they were basically still in the testing phase.The group announced:

Some users speculated that the battery issue was related to one of the latest Android updates , or the season, as the reports came from regions where temperatures have dropped significantly. Apple once had a similar problem in iOS battery management, where iPhones shut down in the cold and could not be switched on without power, no matter how full the battery was.
