Financial Times writes about this problem and reminds that many owners have noticed that the iPhone X will start ringing, but the call-accepting or rejecting buttons appear at a distance of 6 to 10 seconds. One of the posts in the forum also reminds that the phone will ring and the display will show nothing. Restarting the device will resolve the problem only shortly, writes the next owner of iPhone X. Apple has been working for several days to resolve this issue.

The delay in the wake screen is the first problem to surface on Apple’s iPhone X. Apple has started investigating the problem. It is not known how long the company will take to resolve the problem.
