The question of who is affected by the vulnerabilities that are now known as Meltdown and Spectre can be quite easily answered or summarized: basically all.If you still need it black and white, here is the official list from Intel.

Meltdown And Spectre

The work of IT experts and technology editors is currently only one topic: the duo (or actually trio) Meltdown and Specter. However, this is complex and some not so technically oriented media outlets are also spreading inaccurate and sometimes even wrong information.

The chip manufacturer explains that owners of these chips should check for updates, these usually come from the respective hardware manufacturer. Intel also writes that it is working hard to develop and distribute updates for Intel-based systems (PCs and servers) to address all exploit variants with countermeasures.

By the end of the first week of January, more than 90 percent of all CPUs released in the past five years will receive a corresponding update. In addition, operating system providers, cloud service providers, and hardware manufacturers are also developing and offering countermeasures that should, on balance, provide adequate protection against exploits.
