The Consumer Technology Association announced that Mr. Wan Biao, chief operating officer of Huawei’s consumer business, will speak at the Asian Consumer Electronics Show at 2017, held from June 7th to 9th, according to the Consumer Technology Association.
Huawei’s CEO’s Speech at EIA
The Asia Consumer Electronics Show provides an excellent platform for industry leaders, visionary leaders and executives to share industry perspectives, deliver breakthrough technologies, and talk about future consumer technology development concepts. As an internationally renowned company, Huawei has been committed to building a complete interconnection of the wonderful world. Wan Biao will present the keynote speech for the audience to describe Huawei’s strategic vision, and how to build a more comprehensive intelligent terminal ecosystem. He will talk about his views. He said that as the world’s leading smartphone brand, Huawei’s products and services are used in more than 170 countries, serving the global 1/3 population. Huawei’s global mobile phone shipments were the third highest in 2015. The US consumer technology association president and the chief said that he is delighted to be invited by Mr. Wan Biao to join him at the opening of the Asian Consumer Electronics Show in 2017. Industry leaders have the opportunity to publish important news, describe innovative ideas and trends that lead the way in the industry, and set the pace for future technology that is changing our way of life. Wan Biao joined HUawein in 1996 as R & D engineers. He has led the team to complete the Huawei wireless products and solutions for commercialization. During his tenure at Huawei, he has held a number of leadership positions, including UMTS product line president and president of Huawei company. Prior to serving as the chief operating officer of the consumer business, he also served as president of Huawei’s mobile broadband and home product line for Huawei’s consumer business and has been the president of Huawei Russia.

The speech is scheduled for June 7 (Wednesday) morning at the Shanghai Grand Hotel Sanli Shanghai Grand Ballroom 2-3 held. Prior to this, Gary Shapiro, president and chief executive officer of the American Consumer Technology Association, will first deliver an opening speech highlighting the current state of the global consumer technology industry.
