Asus Introduces ZenFone Max M1

Feb 28, 2018 | Uncategorized | 0 comments

Asus has traveled to Barcelona with a variety of new equipment, including the new ZenFone Max M1.The motto of this 5.5-inch smartphone is to get the most out of it, hence the addition “Max” – in all areas, from the battery to security.

Asus ZenFone Max M1

The ZenFone Max (M1) is the latest model in the new ZenFone Max series. The new edition has a 5.5-inch display, which is accommodated by the narrow edge area in its very compact housing, which is hardly larger than standard 5-inch smartphones. The new ZenFone Max M1 has got a powerful 4000 mAh battery and works with a powerful but economical Qualcomm CPU. However, endurance in everyday life is above the “maximum” performance offered by the other new ZenFones. The approach is supported by Asus PowerMaster, a set of intelligent power management technologies that optimize battery life and charging capabilities, among other things.

The camera system for the ZenFone Max M1 is designed to offer photo enthusiasts unsurpassed creative possibilities. In addition to the front camera with LED flash, the ZenFone Max has a dual camera system on the back of the smartphone. The combination features a 16-megapixel camera with wide-angle and aperture 2.0 with PDAF (Phase-Detection Autofocus) system, and a secondary 120-degree wide-angle camera with twice the wide-angle field of view compared to traditional smartphone cameras for better shooting tight spaces such as indoors.

The new ZenFone Max is one of the few phones in its class to feature face unlock functionality. This provides the user with a fast and convenient alternative to the fingerprint sensor mounted centrally on the back. The launch is scheduled for the second quarter of 2018. For the price, nothing was known yet. There are three color options available in Deepsea Black, Sunlight Gold, and Ruby Red. The red version has not yet been shown in the official press photos.
