According to the mobile manufacturers, SPN technology and Flex E will ensure the quality of service and level of isolation between layers of the transport layer. China Mobile hopes the UN’s International Telecommunication Union (ITU) will standardize on the SPN and has gained the support of Viavi, a hardware and software testing company, to create a platform for network equipment manufacturers, chip developers and radio transceiver manufacturers to use Universal interactive platform.
